Our head office in Aotearoa New Zealand is located in Auckland. Various roles however, may find themselves working all around our beautiful country to visit our restaurant teams. Our office offers fully agile working spaces in an open-plan set up; including quiet rooms, comfortable collaborative working spaces and a wide range of technology available in meeting rooms.

McDonald’s is a fast-paced business, and needs a strong team in operations to support our 170 and growing restaurants across Aotearoa New Zealand, helping to manage and communicate changes in menu, equipment, and procedures, allowing our restaurants to be able to focus on serving delicious feel good moments easy for everyone. We have operations roles working directly alongside the restaurants, be it our company-owned teams or supporting our franchisees across the country, as well as office-based roles managing key customer platforms.
